Welcome!
Hi there, and thank you for visiting my site! I'm Leslie from Midlife Millennial Momma, and I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re just starting to notice changes or you’ve been navigating perimenopause for a while, you’re in the right place. This website was created midlife women in mind—because we deserve honest conversations, practical solutions, and a supportive community.
My Perimenopause Journey
Like many women, my journey into perimenopause began with confusion. I started experiencing symptoms that at first seemed completely unrelated—random joint pain in the mornings when I hadn’t done much the previous day, mood swings, newfound anxiety, and night sweats. I chalked it up to stress, aging, or maybe just “life.” But the more these symptoms cropped up, the more I realized something bigger was happening. The lack of awareness and information was frustrating. I was also frustrated my doctors didn’t piece the clues together, and I felt like I had to become my own advocate just to get the right care and answers.
Through trial and error, research, and connecting with other women, I began to piece together what was really going on. It was empowering to finally understand my body and know that I wasn’t alone. I realized that so many of us are searching for clarity, support, and actionable advice—but often, we don’t know where to start.
Why I Created This Website
This site was born out of a genuine desire to help and empower women like us. I wanted a place where we could find reliable information, share experiences, and support each other through this unique transition. Perimenopause isn’t something we just have to “get through”—it’s a time for self-discovery, growth, and reclaiming our health.
My mission is simple: to provide trustworthy resources, practical tips, and a welcoming space for every woman navigating perimenopause. I believe that when we understand our bodies and advocate for ourselves, we can thrive—not just survive.
Perimenopause can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I invite you to explore the site, learn more about your options, and sign up for my free symptom tracker to aid in the discussion with your doctor.
Welcome again, and here’s to feeling confident and informed as we navigate perimenopause—together.
